The booking is confirmed once the deposit shown during checkout is paid and the published policies are expressly accepted.

The booking holder is responsible for the conduct of all guests, proper care of the property, and reporting incidents during the stay.

Failure to comply with maximum occupancy, guest identification requirements, or house rules may result in stay cancellation without additional refund rights.
