Cancellation policy
Refund amounts are calculated based on the days before arrival and the active cancellation policy table. The applicable bracket is determined by the effective cancellation date.
Current refund table
- Between 0 and 3 days before arrival: 0% refund
- Between 3 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund
- 30 or more days before arrival: 100% refund
Approved refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the booking and may take several business days depending on the bank.
